From Deputy Corporation Counsel Barbara P.
Richardson, dated June '4, 1981, submitting
for acceptance, the subject dedication deed.
Informs the descriptions have been checked
and found to be acceptable by the Department
of Public Works; also that the roadways have
been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the dedication deed for the Komohana, Kai
Subdivision, Unit I, Holualoa 1st and 2nd, North Kona; and that
the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
