From Chief Engineer, Edward Harada, dated
June 4 , 1981., requesting amendments to
Chapter 6, Article 8 , Section 5, Schedule 5,
to reduce the speed limit from 35 mph to
25 mph in Naalehu town between the 63 and 64
mile posts;
recommends Council approve the request of the Chief Engineer and
that the proper amendment to the traffic code be prepared by the
Corporation Counsel.
