, (Res. 138) From Controller Gary Takamura dated June 16 , 1981
submitting a resolution authorizing the Director
of Finance to issue an extension of a month-to-
month permit to Davies Hamakua Sugar Comp any expiring
on December 31, 1981 for the temporary use of the
land for expansion of its factory operation because
of the need for additional time to negotiate for the
land exchange and to determine the terms and
conditions;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 138 .
