/pec. Comm. 368 : AMENDMENT TO ENACTED ORDINANCE NO. 692
(Bill 748) From Deputy Corporation Counsel A. Scott Leithead
dated June 18 , 1981,. transmitting an amendment to
correct a clerical error in a previous bill enacted
as Ordinance 692 . The error was the omission of a
part of the amendatory instruction in Section 5
of the ordinance;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 748 on first reading.
