From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated July 21, 1981, submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deeds. Informs the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also that the roadways
have been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the dedication deeds for the Keopu
Subdivision, Keopu 3rd, North Kona; and that the documents be
forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
