From Chief Engineer Edward Harada, dated
August 12 , 1981, recommending that approval be
granted to the Kapoho Vacationland Club to install
neighborhood postal box units •(NBU) within the
County road right-of-way, near -the intersection
of Kapoho-Kalapana Road and Vacationland Drive,
subject to the conditional agreement between the
Department of Public Works and the applicant for
work within the road right-of-way;
recommends. Council approvetherequest of the Kapoho Vacationland
Club to install the neighborhood _postal box units within the. County
road right-of-way, subject to theconditional agreement between the
Department of Public Works and theapplicant for work within theroad
right-of-way.
