Rule 9 and, requests the Parks and Recreation
Department to take the necessary steps to
implement these directions;
recommends Council accept the recommendations of the Public 'Works
Committee Chairwoman to amend Rule 9 and request the Parks and
Recreation Department to take the necessary steps to implement these
directions. "
