From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated September 1, 1981,- submitting for
acceptance, the road dedication deed and grant
of easements for drainage purpose for the
subject subdivision. Informs the descriptions
have been checked and. found to be acceptable
by the Department of Public Works; also that
the roadway and easement areas have been
constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed and grant of
easements for drainage purpose for the Kinoole Estates Subdivision,
Waiakea, South Hilo, and that thedocuments be forwarded to the
Bureau of Conveyancesforrecordation.
