Dear Council
We support this bill because It is in the best interest of creating community in rural areas,along with neighborhood
cooperation.The more interaction people have with their neighbors,the stronger the community.There is no downside
to this bill. Park in Hakalau/Wailea is totally underutilized.At least let people use it for a farmers market.
