Aloha Ms. Poindexter, I am a native Hawaiian as defined pursuant the the HHCA, 1,920 as amended, I'm wondering how a bill like Bill 047, draft 01 2016-2018 gets introduced by you or your office and is being considered by the Hawaii Council that'll effect the trust lands of Hawaiian Homes land at Panaewa Park. Unless the Panaewa Park being referred to is the equestrian center also called the Panaewa Park equestrian center or the Panaewa Park which is under a license agreement from the DHHL to operate a community park, family center and gym bounded by Ohuohu&Noeau Streets Hawaiian Home lands. No discussions was ever held in any of the effected native Hawaiian communities but especially Panaewa by the P&R staff, Please provide clarification if possible before the hearing which is scheduled to begin at 10:30am this morning in Kona as we will be there by video conferencing.
