NO. 1.0 KALOKO MAUKA SUBDIVISION
From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated
August 18 , 1981, transmitting an ordinance
bill amending Ordinance 600 and 524,, relative
to the Preliminary Assessment Roll submitted
under Assessment Report dated August 9 , 1972
to prorate the assessment charges for the six-
lot subdivision of Lot 4-D by The Godfrey
Corporation. They have deposited a sufficient
amount to cover the cost of making this
allocation;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill
764 on first reading.
