/4w, Comm. 456 : PARKING _PERMITSFOR DISABLED' 'PERSONS
(Bill 777) From Mayor Herbert. T. Matavoshi, dated
August 28, 1981, transmitting an ordinance
bill to amend Article 15 , Chapter 6 of the
Hawaii County Code to add a new section
relating to parking permits for disabled persons.
Informs. the proposed ordinance has been worked
on by the Committee on the Handicapped in
collaboration with the Police , Finance , and
Public Works Departments , and the Corporation
Counsel' s Office;.
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 777 on first reading,
and refer back to PWC.
