�C omm. 226 : SIGN VARIANCE REQUEST .- KAMUELA LAND COMPANY, LTD.
From Brian W. Nelson, President-Principal Broker,
Kamuela Land Company, Ltd. , dated March 30 , 1981
informing they. are moving their offices across
the street to a new building and requests a
variance for a 12 square feet (3 ' x 4 ' ) sales
sign in front. Their old sign will be placed
up against the. building.
4J-226 . 1: From Chief Engineer Edward Harada, dated
June 17 , 1981, responding to C-226;
Recommends Council approve the sign variance request of 'Kamue.la Land.
Company, Ltd. , provided the conditions listed in the Chief Engineer' s
letter (C-226. 1) are complied with.
