separate ordinances amending the electrical , housing,
plumbing, building, and grading chapters of the
Hawaii County Code relating to the Board of Appeals
which establishes thestandards for appeals and
granting variances from these chapters of the
Code;
Recommends Council approve and adopt Bills 784 , 785 , 786 , 787 and
788 on first reading,
