From Chief Engineer Edward Harada, dated
October 8 , 1981, requesting amendment to Chapter 6.,
Article 15 , Schedule 12 , (No Parking Zones) ,
Hawaii County Code, authorizing a parking
restriction on the Hamakua side of Waianuenue
Avenue fronting the Hilo Methodist Church to
facilitate mauka bound traffic;
recommends Council approve the request of the Ch_ief .=Engin.eer
and that the proper amendment to the traffic code be prepared by the
Corporation Counsel.
