DE'D'IC'ATI'ON' 'OF EASEMENTS FOR 'DRAINAGE' 'PURPOSES
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated November 5 , 1981, submitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the. Department of Public Works;
also that all work have been completed according
to County standards ;
recommends Council accept the dedication of drainage easements for
the Hawaii Housing Authority, Grantor, Ainaola Houselots Unit III,
South Hilo; and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of
Conveyances for recordation.
