dated November 9 , 1981, submitting for
acceptance , the subject dedication deed. Informs
the description has been checked and found to
be acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
also that theroadway has been constructed
according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the.. road dedication deed for the
Tex Inc. Subdivision, Paalaea, Hamakua; and that the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
