From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated November 17, 1981, submitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the. Department of Public Works;
also that the roadway has been constructed according
to County standards ;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the.
Puainako Town Center, widening of Kahaopea Street, Waiakea,, South
Hilo; and that thedocuments be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances
for recordation.
