From Richard F. Fitzgerald, Operations Manager,
Waikoloa Village Association , dated January 8 , 1982 ,
requesting permission to close the County road
(map attached) f or one hour from 10: 00 a.m. to
11: 00 a.m. , Saturday, February 13 , 1982 for a
parade in conjuction with their 9th Annual Great
Waikoloa Rodeo and Horse Race; •
•
recommends Council approve the request of the Waikoloa Village
Association to close the County road for one hour from 10: 00 a.m.
to 11: 00 a.m. , Saturday, February 13 , 1982 for a parade in
conjunction with their 9th Annual Great Waikiloa Rodeo and Horse
Race; provided that the conditions required by the Police Department,
Fire Department , Hilo Hospital, Mass Transit Agency and Public Works
Department are complied with.
