4 . Comm. 640: HOMECOMING PARADE PAHOA ELEMENTARY AND HIGH SCHOOL
From Carin Seki, Homecoming Chairperson , and
Kathleen T. Tseu, Student Activities, Advisor,
Pahoa High and Elemeintary School, dated
January 15, 1982 , requesting approval to hold
a parade during their Homecoming Week on
February 20, 1982 from 3 : 30 p.m. to 4: 30 p.m.
starting from the Recreational Center to the
school;
recommends Council approve the request of the Pahoa Elementary and
High School to hold a parade during their Homecoming Week on
February 20 , 1982 from 3 : 30 p.m. to 4 : 30 p.m: ; provided that the
conditions required by the Police Department, .Fire Department,
Mass Transit Agency, Hilo Hospital and Public Works Department are
complied with.
