From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated January 21, 1982 , submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Public Works Department and
that the roadway has been constructed according

to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Kaumana
Terrace Subdivision , South Hilo , and that the documents be
forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
