From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter ,
dated March 15 , 1.982 , submitting for acceptance , the
subject dedication deed tcaether with the partial
release of mortgage , assignment of rents and security
agreement. Informs _ the description has been checked.
and found to be acceptable by the Department of
Public Works; also , that the roadway has been
constructed according to County standards;
•
recommends Council accept theroad dedication deed for the North Park
Industrial , Keauhou, North Kona; and that the documents be forwarded
to the. Bureau of Conveyances for recordation,
