Res. 321: SENATE BILL 2147-82 - INTOXICATING LIQUOR
Urges the passage of Senate Bill 2147-82 at the
11th Legislature 1982 , amending HRS 291-4 ,
"DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR"
which provides for finds up to $1 ,000 , 10 days
community service , driver' s license suspension,
not less than 10 days imprisonment, revocation of
driver' s license for one year;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 321,.
