From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated March 22 , 1982 , submitting for acceptance ,
the subject 'dedication. deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also, that the improvements
within the drainage lot have been constructed according
to County standards;
recommends' Council accept the drainage lot dedication deed for the
Naupaka Terrace Subdivision, Ponahawai, South -Hilo; and that the
documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
