Comm. 720 : PERMIT EXTENSION - HAMAKUA SUGAR COMPANY
(Res. 331) From Finance Director Stanley Nakamae dated March 30 , 1982 ,
transmitting a resolution authorizing the Director
of Finance to issue an extension of a month-to-month
permit to Davies Hamakua Sugar Company expiring on
June 30 , 1983 for the temporary use of the land for
expansion of its factory operations;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 331.
(Mr. Domingo declared a possible
conflict of interest and abstained
from .voting. )
