March 2 , 1982 submitting the report of the Mass
Transit Agency, in accordance with the approved
recommendations of Communication 260 ;
has reviewed theprogram audit of the Mass Transit Agency and recommends
that the report, as submitted, be accepted.
The Committeerecommends that the present level of services be maintained
and that the amount of funding to continue the system be determined during
the review of the next fiscal year' s budget.
The Committee further recommends that the Legislative Auditor be requested
to submit a follow-up report upon completion of the consultant' s study on
the mass transit system.
