From Alexander Smith, Executive Assistant Manager,
Kona Village Resort, dated April 8 , 1982 ,_ requesting
cooperation in securing needed permits and assistance
in coordinating the traffic control with the Police
Department on May 22 , 1982 for the Visitor Industry
Charity Walk from 6 : 30 a.m. to 11: 00 a.m. beginning
and ending at the Hotel King Kamehameha parking lot;

recommends Council approve the request of the Hawaii Hotel Association
Visitor Industry to hold a Charity Walk from 6 : 30 a.m. to 11: 00 a.m.
beginning and ending at the Hotel King Kamehameha parking lot; provided
that the conditions required by the Police and Public Works Departments
are complied with.
