dated May 10, 1982 , requesting a variance permitting
them to exceed the eight square feet sign
limitation to erect a four-by-six foot real
estate advertisement sign on their property I.
at Waimea Landmark Estates, Unit 1, Ouli, South
Kohala.
810. 1: From Chief Engineer Edward Harada, dated June 4,
1982 recommending that the sign variance request
be denied forreasons as listed, and feels that
there appears to be no unusual circumstances or
hardship placed upon the applicant in complying
with the sign ordinance requirements;
recommends Council accept the Chief Engineer's recommendation and deny
the sign variance request.
