a "No Parking Zone" and a "No Parking on Pavement
Zone" on the Hawaii Belt Road in North Kona (Belt
Highway Improvements , Honalo to Kainaliu, Job No.
P-2181) ;

recommends Council approve the request of the Chief Engineer and
refer to the Corporation Counsel to prepare the proper amendments to
the Traffic 'Code.
