From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated July 7, 1982 , informing on April 7 ,- 1982 ,
the Council accepted a road dedication deed for
the subject subdivision; subsequently, an error
was discovered in the description of the deed and
submits acceptance, the correction deed;

recommends Council accept the correction road dedication deed for the
Waiakea Hillside Estates Subdiision, Waiakea, South Hilo; and that the
documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recommendation.
