From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter
dated July 7, 1982 , submitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication deed and drainage easement.
- Informs the description has been checked and
found to be acceptable by the Public Works
Department and that the roadway and drainage
improvements within the easement have been
constructed according to County standards ;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed anddrainage
easement for the Yamashita Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo; and that
the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
