From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated August 27, 1982 submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed, easement and bill
of sale. Informs the descriptions have been
checked and found to be acceptable by the _ �.
Department .of Public Works; also, that the
sewer facilities have been constructed according
to County standards;
recommends Council accept the dedication deed, easement and bill of sale
for the Lanihau Subdivision, Project 19 , Phase 1, Lanihau 1st, North Kona;
and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for
recordation.
