From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter
dated September 2 , 1982, transmitting an
ordinance bill amending Chapter 6 , Hawaii
County Code, as amended relating to traffic
control on Kuakini Highway Mamalahoa Highway
and Pukihae Street;
recommends -Section 5 of Bill 885, relating to "No Parking Zone" on
the makai side of Mamalahoa Highway by the Kealakekua Ranch Center,
be deleted and that said bill, as revised, be passed by the Council
On first reading.

NOTE: Highway Safety Council to further review the "No Parking
Zone" restriction.
