42.1.9 Comm. 971 : AMENDMENT TO LI'QUOR ORDINANCE
(Bill 892) From Parks and Recreation Director Milton T.
Hakoda dated October 13, 1982, submitting an
ordinance bill to amend Section 6 , Article 2 ,
Chapter 3, County Code . Informs this
constitutes a comprehensive revision of the
existing liquor ordinance, which would clearly
delineate theP rohibitions, the allowances and
the conditions under which alchoholic beverages
can be consumed and/or sold;
recommends Council approve and adopt Bill 892 on first reading and
refer back td PWC for further review.
