From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter
dated October 19 , 1982 , submitting for acceptance
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works and
that the existing Kukuau Street was encroaching
into the grantor' s property, which prompted
the dedication;
recommends Council accept the dedication deed for Kukuau Street
Widening Strip, Hacker Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo; and that the
documents be forwarded to the Bureau. of Conveyances for recordation.
