the subject dedication deeds . Informs the
descriptions have been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works; also
the roadway and drainage easement have been
constructed according to County standards ;

recommends Council accept the road and drainage dedication deeds for
Kealakehe Houselots, Phase I, Kealakehe, North Kona; and that the
documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for' recordation.
