Arthitects, Inc. , dated November 15 , 1982, requesting
a variance to allow the construction of a second
ground sign for project identification in lieii. of one
"back to back" ground sign as currently permitted.
The combined total square feet of sign area for both
signs would be slightly less than the permissible
eight square feet allowed for one aroundsign and will
be located along the angled low entry wall fronting
Alii Drive, maintaining the visibility of only one
sign at a time to passing motorists®
