From David. C. Laxson, Attorney at Law, Carlsmith,
Carlsmith Wichman and Case, dated November 24 , 1982 ,
submitting a petition for' .improvements to be acquired
and constructed pursuant to Chapter 16 , Hawaii County
Code, regarding the Holualoa Drainage Channel and
transmits copies of the Preliminary Engineering Report,
prepared by Calvin Kim and Associates , Inc.
A 1031. 1 : From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated January 4 , 1983 ,
(Res . 529) informing they have reviewed the petition and found
that it meets the 60 percent requirement of Section 3. 3
of Ordinance 350 , as amended, and submits a resolution
calling for the submittal of the preliminary report.
