CONVEYANCE OF ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE
PURPOSES
From Georgiana K. Padeken, Chairman, Department of
Hawaiian Home Lands, dated July 27 , 1982 conveying
to the County of Hawaii , for maintenance purposes ,
only that certain section of the Mauna Kea Observatory
Access Road, situated on Hawaiian home lands at Humuula,
North Hilo, Hawaii and requests formal acceptance by
a County Council resolution.
1041. 1 : From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
(Res . 514) dated November 30 , 1982 transmitting a resolution
accepting the maintenance of a portion of Mauna Kea
I. , Observatory Access Road;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 514 .
