From Elaine Panilo, Co-leader for Paauilo 4-H
Seekers , dated January 3, 1983 , informing they would
like to .beautify their town by landscaping a "
triangular piece of land at the Waimea side of
town, and requests approval to place a Welcome
sign on the site;
recommends Council approve the request to place a Welcome sign at the
Waimea side of Paauilotown; subject to the conditions on the location
and size of the sign, and maintenance of the area.
