From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E . Pechter,
dated January 3 , 1983 , submitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication deed, and Partial Release of
Mortgage. Informs the description has been checked
and found to be acceptable by the Department of Public
Works and that the roadway has been constructed
according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road and drainage dedication deed for
Puukapu Acres , Unit I , Puukapu, South Kohala; andthat the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
