From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E . Pechter,
dated January 25, 1983 , ;submitting for
acceptance, the subject dedication deed. Informs
the description has been checked and found to
be acceptable by the Department of Public Works
and that the drainage improvements have been
constructed according to County standards ;
recommends Council accept the. drainage easement for Palai Ain a
Subdivision, Waiakea, South Hilo; andthat the documents be
foraded`to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
