for acceptance, the subject dedication deed.
Informs the description has been checked and
found to be acceptable by the Department of
Public Works, and the subdivision action to
create Road P arc6l A . has received recordation
approval from the Planning Department; _
recommends Council accept the dedication deed for right of way
widening, Alii Highway- e .s on Keauhou 2nd, North Kona; and
that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for
recordation..
