From Councilman Frank De Luz, III, recommending
a permanent solution in the construction of a
culvert fort_ the Alr.aki-Dias Road in the Pohakea
Homestead area which has been subject to continued
washout throughout the years . Solicits PWC' s
support fon-this project, which will cost about
$25,000 and referral to the Finance Committee for
funding;
recommends .Co uncil approve the project and refer to Finance Committee
for funding. -
