March 3, 1983, referring for review and recommendation
the following appointees to the Highway Safety Council
as submitted by the Mayor:
F. Michael Irwin, for a term ending December 3 , 1984;
Martin H. Sebastian, for a term ending December 3,
1984;
recommends Council confirm the appointments to the Highway Safety Council,
as submitted by the Mayor.
