From PWC Chairwoman Merle K. Lai, dated March 11, 1983,
transmitting a petition filed by various; taxi operators
requesting assistance to stop the Hele-On bus from
going into the Hilo, Harbor Terminal and into the Hilo
Airport;
recommends Council support the petition and request the Mass Transit
Agency to discontinue the Hele-On bus from going into the Hilo Harbor
Terminal and into the Hilo Airport.
