From Harry McKee, dated February 25, 1983 , requesting
a variance for his 4 'x4 ' Drive In Sign erected on
the Mamalahoa Highway in front of his restaurant
building and another 4 'x4 ' sign to be affixed to the
building as shown on the plot plan.
/1_,,e_ 1122.1:: From Chief Engineer Edward Harada, dated March 23,
1983, informing they have reviewed the subject sign
variance request and recommends that it be approved,
based on reasons , as listed;
recommends Council accept the recommendation of the Chief
Engineer to approve the sign variance request for; the Kau Drive-Inn.
