Comm. 1164 : KAPEHU WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES
(Res . 586) From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated March 16 , �1_
1983, transmitting a proposed resolution for the
subject wastewater project which is required for
applications they will be submitting to Federal
agencies for construction grants benefits ;
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 586 .
(Mr. Domingo declared a possible
conflict of interest but was
allowed to vote by the Chair. )
