From Deputy Corporation Counsel Thomas L. H. Yeh
dated March 21, 1983, submitting for acceptance
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
property description and boundary delineation
were prepared by the Department of Public Works
and are acceptable;
recommends Council accept the dedication deed for the Greenwell Park
expansion, Kealakekua, South Kona; and that the documents be forwarded
to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
