transmitting a petition requesting that the
County and State governments come to a quick
resolution on the issue of the responsibility in
maintaining the Waiohinu-Haao Springs- Road and.
provide the necessary maintenance in order to
eliminate the hazard to life and. property which
• exists because of the present lack of repairs .

recommends referral to the State Department of Land and Natural Resources
to consider providing the necessary funds for maintenance of the Waiohinu-
